E-wrap 24 stitches (12-0-12), RC 000
Knit 2 rows,
Make eyelet row as follows: transfer following stitches to adjacent needles and Leave Empty Needles IN WORK, left of 0, #2,5,8,and 11, same #'s right of 0
Knit 2 rows, CAR past turn mark, set pattern and begin tuck
Knit to RC 39 and then end pattern
Knit 1 row, then do eyelet row same as above
Knit 2 rows (RC042)
BO first 4 stitches of next 2 rows as follows: BO outside st w/ no gate post, BO next stitch around 1 gate post, BO remainder around 2 gate posts. Body section completed.
RC 044, Carriage past turn mark, set tuck pattern and knit in pattern to RC 58.
End pattern and knit 1 row, BO same as above across entire hood section
Leave a tail for sewing up top of hood.

Knit as above to RC 032 for neck eyelet row
BO 4 end stitches of body at RC 34 and 35
Knit hood to RC 51, BO around 1 gate post across
Using your own gauge:
Body should measure 8" wide and 6.5" long, hood section is 5.5" wide and 3" long
Finishing:
To block pin wrong side up on the ironing board to measurements above and then steam press with a dry pressing cloth.
Cut 2 ribbons for eyelet rows, 18" long each
Line bunting/hood with flannel. Thread ribbon thru eyelet rows and I machine tacked the ribbons at center back of hood and hem to keep ribbons in place
End pattern and knit 1 row, BO same as above across entire hood section
Leave a tail for sewing up top of hood.
